Hey Mulk Fam,

We get it—sometimes things don't work out as planned. No worries, we're here to make the return process as painless as possible because your happiness is our priority!

1. Returns Made Simple:

If you're not over the moon with your new Mulk jacket or vest, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. Easy peasy.

2. What's Eligible for Return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and with all the tags still attached. We want it back in its original, ready-to-rock packaging.

3. How to Start the Return Dance:

Just shoot us an email at hello@mulk.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a return label so you can send it back on our dime. Yep, you read that right – free return shipping!

4. The Nitty-Gritty:

4.1 Refund or Exchange:

  • Need a refund? No problem, we got you.
    Want to swap it for something else? Sure thing, let us know what you fancy.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Oops! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll fix it. Reach out to us, and we’ll sort you out.

5. What’s Not Cool for Returns:

Some things can't come back to the party, like items worn to the club, washed jackets (we'll smell the detergent!), or anything without its original tags.

6. Refund Time:

Once we get your return and give it the once-over, we'll initiate your refund. It might take a little time to show up in your account, so patience is key.

7. Keep in Mind:

7.1 Lost in Transit:

  • If your return gets lost on its way back to us, that's on the shipping gods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7.2 Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final—no returns or exchanges. Sorry, but they're already partying at a discounted rate.
